1. How long does it take to receive my photos after they are taken?

Boko Media’s standard turnaround time is the following business day before noon.  With that said, there are sometimes situations that increase our turnaround time.  We are committed to working as quickly and diligently for each and every customer as possible.

2. The buyers will be listing the home you captured for lease.  Can they use the photos?

No.  The purchaser of the photos is the only person who is licensed to use the photos of MLS.  Any violation of this is copyright infringement.

3. I don’t need 40 photos.  Do you have a package cheaper than $200?

Our basic and most affordable package is $200.  This is a matter of opportunity cost.

4. I see you have offices in Austin and Horseshoe Bay, do you serve other areas?

Yes! We serve the following markets:

5. Why Do AirBNB Photos cost more than MLS Photos?

AirBNB photos require a commercial license add on ($200).  This is because they are designed to be used multiple times in a for-profit manner.
