What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel a shoot, please CALL anytime before 5:00PM the day before the shoot without a fee. If you reschedule after 5PM the day before the shoot, or the day of the shoot, we charge a 20% cancellation fee (fee is taken from the total price not counting any applied travel fees or coupons).
Do I need to be present at the time of the shoot?
Boko Media does not require you to be present at the time of the shoot! And as Austin Board of Realtors Official Photography Partners, we have SUPRA access as well! Just make sure to give explicit entry instructions for us when you are ordering your photography session.
Please note, If you are having us shoot a vacant home or will not be present, the property will be shot AS-IS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please reference our photography prep page to make sure your home is showroom ready when your photographer arrives!
